• All transactions must be made at the Electric Carnival authorised ticketing counter

2. Children Supervision:

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

3. Belongings Responsibility:

• Guests are responsible for their belongings; Electric Carnival and Trade Up are not liable for lost items.

4. Smoke-Free Environment

• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all Electric Carnival and Trade Up areas.

5. Courteous Behaviour:

• Be respectful and avoid offensive behaviour towards staff and fellow patrons

6. Proper Waste Disposal:

• Dispose of trash in designated bins; keep the arcade clean.

7. Food and Drink Policy:

• No food or drinks are allowed in the vicinity; enjoy refreshments in designated areas.

8. Management Authority:

• The management reserves the right to refuse service or entry.

9. Unused Balance on EC Tap and Play Card:

• Unused balance on EC Tap and Play Card is non-refundable, and the cards remain valid for one year.
