• Customers will purchase the card at the Electric Carnival counter. • There, they will receive a Power Charge card loaded with the package they have purchased. • This card can be used to play each game by tapping the card in the machine’s card reader. The price per game is visible at the card reader. • Topping up credits into the Power Charge card can only be done at the designated counters.

• The Power Charge card is valid for a year from the date of purchase, when you top up your card, it will be considered as a renewal of the card’s validity.

• Customers can play games at the selected redemption arcade machines. • After each game, the machine produces tickets as a reward. Customers can then take their tickers to a ticket station to be counted. • The ticket station will then produce a receipt with a barcode that will indicate the number of tickets the guest has fed into the station. • Customers will then have to proceed to the redemption counter where they will present their Power Charge card and the receipt from the ticket station that has the barcode. • The redemption counter staff will then scan the barcode on the receipt and load the corresponding quantity of tickets onto the customer’s Power Charge Card. • This process ensures that the customer's card reflects the tickets they have earned from playing games.
