General House Rules
1. Authorised Purchases:

All transactions must be made at the Electric Carnival and or Trade Up authorised ticketing counter
2. Children Supervision:

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
3. Belongings Responsibility:

Guests are responsible for their belongings; Electric Carnival and Trade Up are not liable for lost items.
4. Area-Specific Guidelines:
-
Familiarise yourself with the terms of use in Billiard, Bowling and Videoke areas.
5. Smoke-Free Environment
-
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all Electric Carnival and Trade Up areas.
6. Courteous Behaviour:
-
Be respectful and avoid offensive behaviour towards staff and fellow patrons
7. Proper Waste Disposal:
-
Dispose of trash in designated bins; keep the arcade clean.
8. Food and Drink Policy:
-
No food or drinks are allowed in the vicinity; enjoy refreshments in designated areas.
9. Management Authority:
-
The management reserves the right to refuse service or entry.
10. Unused Balance on EC Tap and Play Card:
-
Unused balance on EC Tap and Play Card is non-refundable, and the cards remain valid for one year.
Billiards Terms of Use
1. Facility Access:

The use of the billiard facility is subject to availability.
-
Users must adhere to the facility's operating hours.
2. Age restriction:
-
Users must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian.
3. Code of Conduct:
-
All users must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
-
Profanity, aggressive behaviour, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated.
4. Reservation Policy:
-
No reservations. Billiard is a first come, first serve basis.
5. Equipment Use:
-
Users are responsible for handling billiard cues and balls with care. Any damage to equipment will be charged accordingly

The customer agrees to be responsible for any expenses incurred due to the breakage or damage of billiard cue sticks. A fee of PHP 900 will be applied for each instance of broken or damaged billiard cue sticks

The customer acknowledges that a charge of PHP 400 will be applied for each replacement of any missing billiard balls.
6. Food and Beverages:

No food and drinks allowed in the billiard area
7. Safety Guidelines:

Users must follow all posted safety guidelines
-
Running, rough play, and horseplay are not permitted in the billiard area.
8. Game Play:

Billiard is on a pay per game basis.
9. Maintenance Interruptions:

The facility reserves the right to temporarily close for maintenance.

Advance notice of maintenance schedules will be provided whenever possible.
10. Lost Items:
-
Electric Carnival is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
-
Users are encouraged to keep their belongings secure.
11. Right of Refusal:

The facility reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms and conditions.

Repeat offenders may be banned from using the billiard facility.
12. Liability:

Users participate at their own risk.

Electric Carnival is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises
Bowling Terms of Use
1. Age Requirement:

The use of the bowling area is open to all age groups. However, players under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult.
2. Bowling and Lounge
-
Access to the bowling lounge is exclusively granted to active bowling participants and their accompanying guests. Non-playing individuals are not permitted to linger or occupy seating within the bowling areas.
3. Lane Reservation and Payment:

Lanes are on a first come first serve basis. Bowling is activated through tap and play cards and is paid per game. No refunds are provided for any unfinished game play.
4. Responsible Conduct:

Users are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner.

Respect the pace of play and allow others to enjoy their games without disruption.
5. Maximum Players and Lane Capacity:

The maximum number of players per lane is 6.

6. Shoe Policy:

Bowling participants are required to wear closed-type shoes during play, as slippers and flip-flops are strictly prohibited for safety considerations.
7. Equipment Care:

Users are responsible for the proper care of bowling balls and other equipment.

Damages caused by misuse will result in additional charges.
8. Food and Beverages:

Food and beverages are not allowed on the lanes.

Consuming food and drinks should be done in designated areas.
9. Safety Guidelines:

Users must follow all safety guidelines, including refraining from running, crossing the foul line, or engaging in any unsafe activities.
10. Right of Refusal:

Electric Carnival management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Violation of these terms and conditions may result in eviction without refund.
11. Lost Items:

Electric Carnival is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
-
Users are encouraged to keep valuables secure.
12. Intoxication Policy:

Users under the influence of alcohol or substances will not be allowed to use the bowling lanes.
Electric Carnival Management may refuse entry or request users to leave if intoxication is suspected
Videoke Room Terms Of Use
1. Tap and Play Cards
-
The Tap and Play cards used for Videoke room must be obtained from authorised ticketing counters of the Electric Carnival.
-
The card must have sufficient balance in order to play songs.
2. Card Ownership and Responsibility:
-
Users are responsible for the safekeeping of their cards. Management is not responsible for any lost or damaged tap and play cards.
3. Duration and Charges:
-
Videoke room usage is charged per song and deducted from the balance on the Tap and Play card.
-
The cardholder is responsible for monitoring the remaining balance and ensuring it is sufficient for the desired duration of use.
4. Top-Up and Refund Policy:
-
Users may top up their Tap and Play cards at the ticketing counters within the establishment.
-
No refunds will be provided for unused balances on the Tap and Play card.
5. Age Restrictions:

Videoke room usage is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
6. Room Capacity:
-
The maximum capacity of the Videoke room is 6 and must not be exceeded for safety and comfort reasons.

The room capacity is clearly indicated and must be adhered to at all times.
7. Responsible Use:

Users are responsible for the proper care and use of all equipment and facilities within the Videoke room. Any damage caused by misuse will result in additional charges.

The customer agrees to be responsible for any expenses incurred due to the breakage or damage of the microphone. A fee of PHP 500 will be applied for each instance of microphones.
8. Prohibited Activities:

Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the Videoke room.
-
Any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
9. Food and Beverages:
-
No food and drinks are allowed in the Videoke rooms.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to customers who do not follow terms and conditions. Violation of these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund
